Fils Janvier

Janvier Fils, Saloman, Ste-Croix, Switzerland. In 1830, were making large musical boxes having thin card tune sheets written in ink. The word `cartel´ appeard at the top. Descended from the famous clockmaking family, they flourished from 1750 to 1835 in St-Claude, Besançon, Paris, Verdun and Ste-Croix.
