Rivenc et Cie)” Théodore Jean Greiner, Geneva, Switzerland. Born in 1820; died in 1868. Musical-box maker in business in 1857. From 1858 until about 1863 he was in with B. A. Bremond and T. Greiner et B. Bremond. . After his death, his wife continued for a while, until Ami Rivent took over Greiner´s business about 1870, under the name of A. Rivenc et Cie. Rivenc died in 1898. Made large and complicated boxes with full orchestral effects and reed organs. Partnership B. A. Bremond with T. Greiner (1858 – 1863) Geneva, Switzerland. Born in 1820; died in 1868. Musical-box maker in business in 1857. From 1858 until about 1863 he was in partnership with B. A. Bremond and T. Greiner et B. Bremond. In 1867, however, Greiner was once more working on his own and secured a bronze medal in the Paris Exhibition. After his death, his wife continued for a while, until Ami Rivent took over Greiner´s business about 1870, under the name of A. Rivenc et Cie. Rivenc died in 1898.
