”Circular Clouds“ / Acanthus leaves and flowers

Although there are no top or bottom cartouches, a section of the acanthus-leaf pattern has been inserted slightly out of alignment with the rest of the border pattern. Tune sheet engravers compiled their patterns from elements that were assembled to suit the size of tune sheet and the requirements of the makers or agents.
