Look carefully on the lower loop of the 8, it is greater then the upper one! Therefore we read this as 68866 and not as 86688

A lockable opening of the ground of the box! We cannot say whether it is original or not, any rate it seems to be very old! Maybe an original device like this one would habe been more elaborate and not so simple?
