4" L cylinder. Small wooden cabinet has it original faux grain finish in average condition with a few knicks and scrapes here and there. The mechanism with its 4" L cylinder and the comb has light surface rust however appears to be undamaged. Has winding key. The mechanism winds, runs and plays however needs a good cleaning and adjustment. Cabinet measures 8-1/4' W X 4-1/2" D X 4" T
